KICKIN SOUTHWEST BBQ RUB
Add a dash of Mexican spice, a dash of southern USA spice and it comes together as a sensational BBQ rub. This rub provides a warm blend of herbs, spices, and peppers ideal for lamb and other meats.
It's savoury and spicey with a late burst of heat on the pallette.
Add Kickin Southwest BBQ Rub to all your cuts of meat before grilling, roasting or smoking.

It works well with cherry, and oak wood chips.
How To Use:
Apply the rub several hours before planned cooking.
First coat the steaks with oil then generously cover the surface with your rub.
Refrigerate in a sealed food container.
Before cooking let the steak stand at room temperature for 30-40 minutes.
Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to high heat.
When hot, grill steak to your chosen cooked state.
Check the internal temperature of the steak using a meat thermometer.
Always allow steak to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Cooked Pork Roasts Temperatures:
Medium rare 63°– 66°C
Medium 66°– 69°C
Medium well done 69°- 72°C
Well done above 72°C
